Increase MLM Success By Recruiting Up

Today’s article addresses the challenge of how to grow a large and productive MLM organization in a minimum amount of time.

Unfortunately, most training on mlm sponsoring or recruiting focuses on how to recruit more people. It seems the emphasis is always on the numbers. For years, I was a prime example of that philosophy. But even as a top recruiter, my business was not growing as fast as I knew it could.

Finally I realized that the problem wasn’t the number of people on my team. It was the kind of people I had been recruiting. I had been focusing on quantity rather than quality of people. Too many people on my team were not productive.

One of the most appealing aspects of MLM network marketing is the power of leverage. By building a productive team that duplicates the business-building system, you can create a dream income and lifestyle. But the leverage only works when others on your team take action, copy the system, and produce results.

Analysis of my monthly recaps proved what I had been thinking. The majority of my organization’s growth came from the efforts of just a few people. I needed to shift my recruiting emphasis from quantity of people to quality of people.

The good news is that thanks to attraction marketing, it is easy to recruit up, especially in the current economy. Many high caliber people who are accustomed to substantial incomes are worried about being downsized or laid off. For many, it has already happened. Either way, they are searching for a solution.

Using attraction marketing, you can brand yourself as a leader and the one who can help these people reach their goals. Show them you are the one they should be in business with, and they will ask to join your team!
